- 这是英文课吗？Is this an English course?
- 不是。这里不教语法，只教你在美国会看到、会听到的单词，还有你可以回的那一句。No. There's no grammar here — only the words you'll see and hear in America, and the line you can say back.
- 需要注册账号吗？Do I need an account?
- 免费的部分不用。购买时结账页会请你留 email；付完款设一个密码，之后换设备就用那个 email 和密码登录。Not for the free part. Checkout asks for an email. After you pay you set a password, and on a new device you sign in with that email and password.
- 爸妈的手机也可以用吗？Can my parents use it on their phone?
- 爸妈专区本来就免费，不用买。完整版用购买的 email 和密码在别的设备登录，也打得开。Parent Mode is free already. Complete opens on other devices when you sign in with the purchase email and password.
- 学习进度会同步吗？Does my progress sync?
- 不会。进度存在每一台设备自己的浏览器里。No. Progress is stored in each device's own browser.
- 发音是真人录的吗？Is the audio recorded by a person?
- 目前用的是你手机或电脑内置的美式英文语音，所以不同设备听起来会不太一样。For now it uses the American English voice built into your phone or computer, so it sounds a little different on each device.
- 付款或开通有问题，要找谁？Who do I contact about payment or activation?
