借錢的價格，用一年的百分比表示。利率越高，同一筆貸款每個月要付的利息越多。貸款文件上會寫它是 fixed（固定）還是 adjustable（之後會調整）。
Common mistake常見的誤會
Interest rate 和 APR 是兩個數字。貸款文件上的 APR 把部分費用也算進去，所以通常比 interest rate 高一點，兩個都會印在文件上。
