年利率，全名是 Annual Percentage Rate。账单没全部付清时，银行用这个比率算利息。每一期都在 due date 前把 Statement Balance 全部付清，刷卡消费通常就不会被收利息。
Common mistake常见的误会
APR 不是年费。年费是 Annual Fee，每年收一次的固定费用；APR 是利率，刷卡消费通常要到账单没付清的时候才会用到。两个词都有 annual，很容易看成同一件事。
